He is survived by: his mother Linda Carol Maynard of Ashland, KY; his siblings, David Lynn Maynard (Teresa) of Reynoldsburg, OH and Misty Lynn Conley (Kenny Joe) of Johnson County, KY; and his nephews, Blake Austin Conley, Chance Joseph Conley, Cory Maynard and Kevin Maynard.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
