She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Prichard Hale; her children, Charles Blair Jr. (Cheryl) of Ashland, KY, Teresa Salyers of Catlettsburg, Regina Galliher of Ashland, KY, Debbie Blair of Lexington, KY and Chad Blair of Ashland, KY; her siblings, Gary Hale of St. Albans, WV and Ada Taylor of Catlettsburg, KY; her cousin Carl Hale; her mother Sadie; her husband Charles Blair Sr.; her sons-in-law, Larry Salyers and Don Galliher; and her siblings-in-law, Rosemary Hale and Kenneth Taylor. She was also cherished by grandchildren; 15 treasured great-grandchildren.
