She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lorraine "Lorry" Voelker Borders and Mark Alan Borders; her grandparents, Richard Voelker, Wanda Gifford and Ellen Cox; her grandson Harold James Lantzer; her husband James McKinney of Ashland, KY; her children, Dorian McKinney and E'owyn McKinney; her siblings, Jeannette Sanderson (Terry), Melissa Cox and Robert Cox; and her grandparents, Larry Cox and Julia Ann Borders.
