We are sad to announce that on November 22, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Sammy Lee Carr of Ashland, Kentucky. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard W. Carr and Charlene Singleton Carr; his wife Kitty Lynn Vanhorn Carr; his grandson Jared Duran; and his siblings, Richard Carr and Sally Carr.

He is survived by: his daughters, Samantha Carr of Nicholasville, Rebecca Carr of Lakewood Ranch and Cynthia Carr of Placida; his siblings, Gene Carr of Florida, Katie Carr of Fl and Paula Carr of Fl; and his grandchildren, Katie Arthur, Tyler Arthur, Grace Arthur, Devon Duran and Lauren Duran.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to The Fisher House Foundation 12300 Twinnbrook Pkwy, Suite 410 Rockville, MD. 20852 Veterans organization.
