She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Meadows and Edith Hunter Meadows Hall. She is survived by: her sons, Scott Adkins (Tonya) and Steven Adkins; and her siblings, Charles "Chuck" Meadows, Earnest Eugene Griffith, Robert Allen Hall and Georgene Dick. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
