She was predeceased by: her uncle Lewis; her birth parents, George and Goldie Brown Hart; her husband Ralph Dickerson Meade; and her siblings, Ronald, Richard, Martin Hart and Barbara Stevens.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Jeffrey L. Meade (Sherry), Robin Senters (Scott) of Ashland, KY and Rebecca Musser (Robert) of Ashland, KY; her siblings, Donald Hart (Juanita) of Shelbyville, KY and Patricia Jackson (Tom) of Ashland; her grandchildren, Jeffrey L. Meade, Jr. (Tana), Jordan Meade, Emily Roark (Jordan), Ethan Senters (Brandalyn), Elizabeth Senters, Hunter Musser and Sarah Musser; and her great grandchildren, Kennedy Senters, Cash Roark and Conway Meade.
In lieu of flowers friends may make contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
