She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bush and Phebie Dillow Bush; her husband Noel Stevens; and her son Timothy A. Stevens. She is survived by: her children, David Stevens (Karen) of Charlotte, Judy Vanhoose of Westwood and Sherri Stevens of Ashland, Kentucky; and her sister Emma Jean Griffith of Grayson, Kentucky.. She is also survived by nine grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
