He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Miller Casey (Justin); his siblings, Melinda Sanders and Nick Miller (Cindy); his stepsiblings, David Miller (Sarah) and Kathryn Grant; his grandchildren, Jimmy, Jade and Zayde Miller; his nieces, Molly Miller, Hannah Miller Blanton (Steven), Grace Miller Adkins (Kyle), Kenzie Sanders and Paige; and his great-nephew Johnathon Miller.
