He is survived by: his wife Deborah Carter; his children, Sabrina Fraley, Tammy Maynard and Larry Carter; and his siblings, Bruce Carter, Corbett Carter, II, Sherry Carter and Evelyn Carter. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
