He is survived by: his wife Sandy; his daughters, Stefanie Holbrook of Ozark and Jennifer Pfeiler of Lawrence, Kansas; his grandchildren, Steven and Miranda of Lawrence, Kansas.; and his siblings, Judy Childress of Lubbock and Don Holbrook of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
