He is survived by: his sister Kathy Caldwell Swaney (Jeff); and his children, Shawn Frechette, Cheryl Blankenship and Brittney Stephens. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-granddaughter; two nieces; one great-nephew; three great-nieces; two uncles; three aunts and numerous cousins.
