She was predeceased by: her father Silas Denver Oney; her husband William Allen Haney; and her sister Yvonne Dee Oney. She is survived by: her mother Beulah Davis Oney of Ashland; her daughters, Amber Dalton (Chris) of Ashland and Kelly Chapman (Josh) of Chesapeake, Ohio; her siblings, Silas Craig Oney (Kathryn) of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and Deborah Conley (Corkie) of Summit, Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Tessa Petry (Andrew), Leo Dalton, Brenna Chapman, Kayla Dalton, Logan Chapman and Bella Dalton.
