He was predeceased by: his father James A. Hodges; and his brothers, Norman Dennis Hodges and Charles Phillip Hodges. He is survived by: his mother Kathleen McCarthy Hodges of Kentucky; his siblings, James B. Hodges of South Carolina, Lisha Pierce of Kentucky, Ann ReJene Seagraves of Kentucky and Kathryn Michelle Hodges of Kentucky; his fiancée Mary Damico; and his stepson Justyn Damico.
