He is survived by: his wife Karen Jean Kanouse; his son Steve Bell; his mother Bernice Holbrook (Karen) of Ashland; his siblings, Karen Young, Cindy Shelton of Ashland, Jim Holbrook of Nashville, Tenn, Tim Holbrook of Winchester and John Holbrook of Dallas, Texas; his daughters, Leighann Daniel (Rob) of Omaha, Neb. and Tonia Johnson (Aaron) of Louisville; his grandchildren, Crystal May (Vince), Peyton Daniel, Katie Johnson, Adam Johnson and Nora Johnson; and his great grandchildren, Myla Nash and Sadie May.
