He is survived by: his wife Carrie Ann Kouns Payne; his children, Leigh, Chris Gamble, Tommy, Noey Payne, Jeremy and Susie Payne; his grandchildren, Cory Hatmaker, Christian Gamble, Courtney Gamble, Brayden Wilson, Baylee Payne, Haeven Payne, River Payne, Joey Payne, Declan Payne, Raegan Payne and Gavin Payne; and his great grandchild Annabelle Hatmaker. He is also survived by brothers and sons.
