He is survived by: his fiancée Elizabeth Morris; his sons, Ryan Fraley and Thomas David Rankin III; his sister Beverly Henson; his nieces and nephews, Carissa Scott, Bryson Baisden and Keara Janel Rankin; and his great-niece Skylar McPeek.
