He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Arthur and Louise Fain Arthur; his siblings, Faye Holbrook (Ralph), Lorraine Patrick (John), Gereline Riffitt (Richard), Wilma Castle (Bill), Bethany Holbrook, Doris Blanton (Jim) and Clyde Arthur; and his brother-in-law Jack Gentry.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Arthur; his children, Tonya Cordle (Bronson) of Argillite, KY and Tony Arthur II of Westwood, KY; his grandchildren, Taylor Workman (Matt), Willow Arthur, Vivian Arthur of Westwood, KY and Bronson Cordle II of Argillite, KY; his sister Daphne Gentry (Tim Holbrook) of Leatherwood, OH; and his brother-in-law Dallas Holbrook of Franklin Furnace, OH. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
