He was predeceased by: his father George Edward Blair; and his nephew Andre Davis. He is survived by: his mother Lenore Williams of Ashland; his brother Michael P. Blair (Tina) of Charlotte, NC; his sibling's children, Darryl Davis, Natashia Pedersen (Ethan), Tabitha Rodriguez (Gabriel), Brittany Belknap (Matthew), Michael P. Blair II (Betty) and Brandon Blair; his aunts, Judy Hillard and Patsy Davis; and his cousins, Cheree Bowling (Aaron) and Jon Robert Davis (Katie).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, August 12th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Steen Funeral Home-13th Street Chapel (3409 13th St, Ashland, KY 41102). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bowling Cemetery.
