He was predeceased by: his son Oscar Lee Newman (Mary Ann Phillips Newman); his father Tony; and his sister Teri Lee Newman. He is survived by: his wife Kristina "Kris" Lynn Newman; his children, Courtney Ann Newman of Ashland and Amanda "Mandy" Renee Tee of Kenova; his grandchildren, Genesis and Graciella Tee; his son-in-law Ed Tee; his brother Rick Phillips; his daughter Paige Lowe of Ashland; his nephew Michael Newman (Lindsey); his great-nephews, Kayden and Teagen; and his great-niece Rylee. He is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, Brother and Sister in-law, and his loving wife's brother.
