He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Russell and Anna Russell; his brothers, Harold Raymond and Raymond Russell; his son Tracy Russell Jr.; and his stepson John Schaffer.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Russell; his son Marvin Russell (Susan) of Ashalnd, KY; his siblings, George "Bobo" Thomas, Dewey "Bud" Russell, Kathy Thomas Brown of Ashland, KY, Imogene Wiley of Ashland, KY and Betty Hall of Ashland, KY; and his stepchildren, Paul Schaffer of Jacksonville, FL, Allen Schaffer of Chesapeake, OH and Janie Johnson of Catlettsburg, KY. He is also survived by 8 grand children, and several great-grandchildren.
