He is survived by: his wife Leigh Ann Johnson (Harris); his son Matthew Johnson; his mother Barbara Johnson; his sister Barbie Johnson; his nephew JJ Johnson; his stepchildren, Kayla Meade, Kasey Meade (James Johnston), Kyle Meade (Haley) and Koty Meade (Hannah); his mother-in-law Barbara Floyd (James); his siblings-in-law, Jamie Harris (Mary Joe), Kathy Lewis and Russell; and his close friends, Ryan Ross, Laykin Delong, Lj Flannery, Alexis Blake, David Hunt Mike Conley and Lisa Ross. He is also survived by 11 step-grandchildren.
