She was predeceased by: her father Harlan B. May. She is survived by: her husband Greg Hurst of Ashland, KY; her daughters, Shelly Battista (Robert Brooks) of Crystal Springs, MS and Tina Vermillion (Christian Long) of Ashland, KY; her brother Terry May (Karen) of North Carolina; her grandchildren, Logan Battista (Arms), Kristin Long and Shannen Long; and her great grandchild Leigha.
