He is survived by: his wife Janice White; his children, Walter Jay Hale, Jr. (Gretchen) of South Point, OH and Frona Denise Hale (Leslie) of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Reagan Hale and Jaxton Hale; his siblings, Carl Hale of Ashland, KY, Myrtle Jane Raymer (Danny) of Big Clifty, KY and Marie Hale of Ashland, KY; his aunt Myrtle Parker of Catlettsburg, KY; and his pet Maddie. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
