She is survived by: her son Timothy Wayne Pack (Tammy) of Ashland, KY; her grandchildren, Ashley Pack (Ben), Angela Consoro (Javier), Jennifer Hall (Chad), Lisa Evans (Ronnie), Samantha "Sammy" Pack, Kylie Pack and Austin Pack; her great grandchildren, C. J. Comer, Ron Evans III, Andrew Evans, Alisa Bloomfield and Aaralynn Consoro; her brother Ray Cornwell (Linda) of Dallas, TX; and her daughters-in-law, Carol Pack and Christina Hall.
