He was predeceased by: his father Herbert White; his son Wendell "Austin" White; his siblings, Curtis White and Kathy White Barnett; his siblings-in-law, Pam White and James (Jarvis); his siblings' children, Erika Lucas and Tyler White; and his father-in-law Robert Caldwell.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Caldwell White; his sons, Brandon White (Derrik Horn) of Ashland, KY, Cody White (Tyler Halstead) of Hurricane, WV and Bobby Caldwell of Millersburg, OH; his grandson Hunter Caldwell of Wooster, OH; his siblings, Tim White of Catlettsburg, KY, Jeff White (Karen) of Owingsville, KY and Linda Jarvis of Ashland, KY; and his mother-in-law Sandra "Kay" Caldwell of Millersburg, OH. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
