He was predeceased by: his parents, Estle Bowen and Gretle Newsome Bowen; and his wife Rosemary Jean Millirons Bowen. He is survived by: his daughters, Jaime Bowen of Ashland, KY, Maria Bowen of Marysville, OH and April Long (Frank) of Marysville, OH; his grandchildren, Jordan Bowen, Tina Kirk, Dale Pyles Jr., Dewey Ballard, Daniel Ballard, Abbygayle Ballard, Zoey Long, Kailee Long and Gavin Kirk; and his siblings, Rob Bowen of Ashland, KY, Albert Bowen of Georgetown, KY, Silvia Gregory of Proctorville, OH, Joan Dunn of Proctorville, OH and Bonnie Neibler of Columbus, OH. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
