He was predeceased by: his parents, William Thomas "Tom" and Edna Mae Keeney Allen. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Crockett Allen; his sister Joyce Compton of Nokomis, FL; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Clark and Sue Wallace. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
