He is survived by: his wife Bridget Lemon Justice; his stepsons, William Nicholas Palmer (Savannah) of Right and William Joseph Palmer of Lexington; and his grandchildren, James Andrew Palmer, William Nicholas Palmer Jr., Samuel Kirk Palmer, Amelia Joe Palmer and Deanna Parsons.
