She is survived by: her son Lonnie D. Allen (Otilia) of Greenup, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Stacy Westenhofer (Richard) of Louisville, Kentucky and Lonnie Dwayne Allen Jr. of Greenup, Kentucky; her great grandchildren, Richard Joseph Westenhofer IV of Louisville, Kentucky and Jacob Mathew Westenhofer of Louisville, Kentucky; and her close friends, Mattie Cooper of Ashland, Kentucky and Ronnie Adams of Ashland, Kentucky. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
