He was predeceased by: his parents, William Duncan and Emma Louise Duncan (Pillow); and his sister Patsy Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Jean Duncan; his daughter Tammy Duncan of Auburn; and his sister Billie Jane Mallory of Allensville. He is also survived by 2 nephews and 1 niece.
