He was predeceased by : his parents, Chester Edward Dulworth and Margaret Louise Lyone; and his brothers, Chester Ray Dulworth and Randy Ray Dulworth. He is survived by : his children, Jaymes Dulworth (Laura) of Russellville, KY, Jeremy Dulworth (Sarah) of Russellville, KY, Julie Cropper (Jason) of Lewisburg, KY and Janet Dulworth of Bowling Green, KY; his grandchildren, Caleb Dulworth, Connor Dulworth, Wyatt Dulworth, Lilah Dulworth, Gabriel Cropper and Zander Cropper; and his brother Daniel Edward Dulworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
