He is survived by: his children, Scotty Oates of Russellville, Kelli Buchner (Steven) of Russellville, KY and Vickie Porterfield (Bobby) of North Dakota; and his brother Jerry Moseley (Brenda) of Carrollton, KY. He is also survived by Seven Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and two great great Grandchildren.
