He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Dean and Mila Dean. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Baessler (Mike), Lacey Gray (Joseph), Jenna Dean and Ethan Dean; his stepchildren, Kile Brooks (Ashlee) and Mandie Hamilton (Royse); his brother Ronnie Dean (Christine); and his grandchildren, Lucas, Annaliese, Seth, Landon, Zoey, Luca, Ely, Luna, Josie, Evan, Lexy, Kinleigh, Kirt and Kimber.

Memorials may be given to the Bracken County Cancer Club.
