He was predeceased by: his parents, James Woodruff and Dorothy Woodruff; his sisters, Kathy Ann Woodruff and Dottie Woodruff; his nephew Rodney "Punky" Woodruff; and his sisters-in-law, Michelle Woodruff and Karen Woodruff.

He is survived by: his brothers, Timmy Woodruff (Cindy), Tom Woodruff (Lisa), Jim Woodruff, Buddy Woodruff (Peggy) and Rickey Woodruff. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Family Garden Cemetery (Augusta, KY 41002).
