She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thompson and Lorraine Thompson (Holland); her significant other Lawrence "Bugs" Rudd; her grandson Tyler Archibald; her nephew Joey Thompson; and her niece Cellina Gantley (Thompson).
She is survived by: her sons, James Archibald (Stephanie Ruf), Christopher Rudd (Lesli) and Matthew Rudd (Kayla); her grandchildren, Carter Buerkley, Thomas Rudd, Makenzie Rudd, Brooklyn Rudd and Oakley Rudd; and her siblings, Betsy Miller (Keith), Jimmy Thompson (Becky) and Danny Thompson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Moore & Parker Funeral Home-Augusta (305 Elizabeth Street, Augusta, KY 41002). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 27th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be made to Perkins Country Manor Activities Fund.
