She was predeceased by: her parents, Aubrey Carroll and Ruth Miley (Terry); her husband Roger Southard; and her siblings, Doris Houp, Connie Thomas, Bill Miley and James Miley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Angela Niemeier (Steve Patchin), Robin Bradbury (Chuck) and Tracie Frederick (Rick); and her grandchildren, Danielle Niemeier, Ciara Niemeier, Kyle Niemeier (Julie), Justin Barrett (Erin), Tasha Sharp (Dustin) and Cody Frederick. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Moore & Parker Funeral Home-Augusta (305 Elizabeth Street, Augusta, KY 41002). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to Sharon Cemetery.
