She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Bull and Florence Bull; her sons, Melvin Hurst and Mitchell Hurst; and her siblings, Pete, Laura, Tootsie, Hobert and Gertie.
She is survived by: her husband Johnny Melvin Hurst; her sons, Mark Anthony Hurst (Patty), James Michael "Mickey" Hurst (Sandra), Samuel Scott Hurst (Melissa) and Timothy Dale Hurst (Kim); her grandchildren, Jonathon, Tasha, Robbie, Brooke, Robert, Stephanie Hedger, Thomas, Colton, Courtney, Briana, Kalee, Cameron Toney, Kaleb, Ema and Preston; and her great grandchildren, Zoe, Emryn, Kylie, Jaiden, Taylor, Nathan, Carter, Erich and Hazel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
