It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Shelia Bay Rigano (Augusta, Kentucky), born in Foster, Kentucky, who passed away on November 16, 2022, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her father Joseph Badgley. She is survived by : her daughters, Trisha Hicks of Florence, KY and Carla Rumford (Herbie) of Brooksville, KY; her grandchildren, Leslie Hicks, Catie Jo Rose, Casey Hicks and Jonathan Rose; and her sister Ruby Farmer.

Memorials are suggested to St. Elizabeth Hospice.
