He was predeceased by: his mother Clara (Tittle); and his brothers, Charlie Ray Jackson, Jr. and Eddie Weinel. He is survived by: his father James H. Weinel; his children, Billy Weinel, Todd Weinel, Jason Berdine and Ashley Weinel; his siblings, Anthony Jackson, Rodney Weinel, Tammy McNay (Ricky), Beverly Mayes, Susie Duncan, Angie King, Bobbie Mays (Gary), Karen Weinel, Jacklyn Ciambelli and Shanna Weinel; and his pet Piper. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
