He was predeceased by: his parents, Hershel Edward and Thelma Francis Burgess. He is survived by: his wife Judy Flowers Burgess of Austin, KY; his daughter Cheri Napier (Tim) of Austin, KY; his grandchildren, Phillip Napier (Caressa) and Chelsea Tabor (Blandon); his great grandchildren, Eleanor, William, Emily and Elizabeth; his brothers, Dennis Burgess (Sharon) of Lucas, KY and Mike Burgess (Sherrie) of Lucas, KY; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra Meador (Gordon) of Scottsville, KY, Pam Sarver of Bowling Green, KY and Faye West (Feral) of Pine Bluff, AR. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews.
