He is survived by: his father Johnathan Hicks; and his siblings, Johnathan Robert Hicks (Joanne) of Mansfield, OH, Zachary Ryan Hicks of Auxier, KY, Mattea Hess (David) of Liberty, GA and Kimberly Dawn Shepherd (David) of Prestonsburg, KY. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
