Frances leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Frances’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Frances will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Albert Coggins and Virginia Adams Coggins; her husband Raymond Howell; her son Timothy Howell; and her siblings, Gary Coggins, Joyce Cameron and Peggy Lou Morris.
She is survived by: her son Jeffery Howell; and her grandchildren, Leonardo Howell, Samarra Howell, Mia Howell Jackson, Flora Howell and Shawna Butcher. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, dear friends, and members of her church family.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 28th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Highland Avenue Freewill Baptist Church (346 S Highland Ave, Prestonsburg, KY 41653).
