He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Combs and Marbeth Combs. He is survived by: his wife Debra Combs of Avawam, Kentucky; and his sons, Charles Combs of Hazard, KY and Dariean Combs of Avawam, KY. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
