She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Wentworth and Dorothy Campbell Wentworth; and her siblings, Bessie Cook, Agnes Thornton, Wallace Wentworth, William Wentworth, Willard Wentworth, Wesley Wentworth, Jerry Wentworth, Scott Wentworth and RJ Wentworth.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie Caudle (John); and her brothers, Glynn Wentworth, Wayne Wentworth and Doug Wentworth. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the Franklin County Humane Society.
