She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Thomas Hawkins, Sr. and Dorothy Jean Jeffries Hawkins; and her sister Karen Hawkins. She is survived by: her siblings, Judy Brewer of Bagdad, Sue Brewer of Shelbyville, Patricia King of Shelbyville, Wanetta Wright of Shelbyville, Earl Thomas Hawkins, Jr. (Bonnie) of Crestwood and Thomas Wayne Hawkins of Shelbyville. She is also survived by her numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, September 12th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bagdad Cemetery (5177 Elmburg Rd, Bagdad, KY 40003).
