He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Allen and Stella Smith Martin. He is survived by: his daughters, Hailey Martin of Lexington and Cassie Nantz (Alex) of Barbourville; his sister Sharon Hampton (Jerry) of Dandridge, TN; the mother of his children Teresa Martin; and his nephews, Andy, Matt and Nathan Hampton. He is also survived by other relatives and dear friends.
