He is survived by: his wife Crystal Poloski; his children, Kenny Poloski (Kenslie) of Bandana, KY, Katelyn Poloski (Channing) of Gage, KY and Karley Benton (Hunter) of Bandana, KY; his grandchildren, Kenlie James Poloski of Bandana, KY. and Lovett Lou Benton of Bandana, KY.; his sisters, Penny Adams (Steve) of Kevil, KY and Loretta Wallace (Terry) of Kevil, KY; his mother-in-law Carole Gilbert of Venice, FL; and his aunt Janis Crabtree. He is also survived by several brothers- and sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
