He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray "Shag" Campbell and Vonnie Ellen Jones Campbell; and his sisters, Rayoma Campbell-Keys and Melody Howard. He is survived by: his son Cory Campbell (Katie) of Salem, IN; his siblings, John L. Campbell (Teresa) of Allen, KY, Sandra Morgan of London, KY, Lisa Bowling of London, KY and Priscilla Howard of London, KY; and his grandchild Tierian Campbell.
