He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hunter Rice; his daughter Amanda Meade (Josh) of Banner, KY; his grandchildren, Logan Osborne, Kylie Osborne, Brooklyn Osborne and Alexis Meade; his siblings, Stephen Rice (Laura) of Shelbyville, KY and Delilah Hill (Brian) of Knoxville, TN; and his close friend Richie Reynolds.
