She was predeceased by : her father George Cooley. She is survived by : her mother Teresa Spears Cooley; her son Christopher Ryan Blackburn of Allen, Kentucky; her sisters, Sabrina Cooley of Pikeville, Kentucky and Tabitha Cecil (Jody) of Pikeville, Kentucky; her niece Megan Cecil; her nephews, Jordan Cecil (Grace), Brandon Cecil and Gage Ritchie; and her great-niece Penelope Cecil. She is also survived by Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
